Shipping Costs and Timeframes

AUSTRALIA

$12.95 FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within AUSTRALIA for purchases over $300 

FLAT RATE EXPRESS SHIPPING

$19.95 Flat Rate for all purchases under $500 within Australia

INTERNATIONAL

$35.00 FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING

Flat Rate for all international purchases (exc. shipping duties and taxes)

Bella Leopardo send all domestic parcels via Registered Post or domestic shipping providers with tracking.

We aim to dispatch all domestic and international orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that during peak dispatch times, public holidays and sale promotional periods, delivery timeframes may be extended. 

Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays in the state of New South Wales, will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Time

Please allow 3-4 business days for standard delivery in metro and major cities.

Please allow 4-7 business days for standard delivery regional areas. 

Please Note: Timings are subject to Australia Post, domestic and international shipping provider services. Bella Leopardo does not assume responsibility for any delays by postage providers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be awaiting collection at your local post office or nominated parcel pick up point.

Delivery Address

BELLA LEOPARDO cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If the error is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately, and we will endeavour to have your address amended prior to dispatch where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Bella Leopardo wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, we do understand sometimes you may change your mind or simply order the wrong size.

We gladly accept your returns for an exchange or refund within 14-days of the original delivery date. 

All returns must be received in the same new condition as they were sent in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Bella Leopardo reserves the right to reject any return for an exchange or refund if received after the 14-day return period, if they have been worn, used, scratched, damaged, packaging not intact, missing parts or extras or simply not fit for resale.

If your return does not meet these requirements and does not pass our quality check once it is received, it will be rejected and not eligible for an exchange or refund. In this case, the customer is notified of the rejection and will be responsible for any return postage cost. To avoid rejection, we recommend trying your shoes on carpeted areas until you are sure that they are the right fit for you.

Exchanges

Exchange requests will be processed if the style and size is in stock at the time of return and to the same equal value of the original purchase value. Where an exchange cannot be fulfilled at the time of return, a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Refunds

Refunds will be granted within 7-10 business days on receipt of your return to our office via your original method of payment. If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the refund, you will be responsibility in advising your previous institution that a refund will be sent to the previous account.

Discounted Items and promotional sales

Only full priced items are eligible for an exchange or refund. Orders made during site wide promotional periods or when seasonal discount codes have been applied will be eligible for an exchange or refund with in the 14-day return period. Shipping cost is non-refundable.  

Clearance Sale

 

Please note, Clearance items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed to have a major fault. Final sale and clearance will be noted on the respective listing description where applicable.

Important Information

By purchasing ‘Bella Leopardo’ shoes, you understand that they will be unique in colour, distress, leather grain, hair and hide. This is not a fault.

We strive to keep each pair within a certain range of colour and style. Images pictured on the website are a good guide as to what your shoes will look like. Please also be mindful, there also may be slight colour variation between different devices. 

We do not refund or replace shoes due to preference of distress, colour or leather grain.

Quality Assurance

All orders are meticulously inspected prior to dispatch to ensure quality standards and packaging contents are met. If you believe your product to be faulty in any way, please email us at info@bellaleopardo.com prior to returning your item for a return approval. 

How to return

Please email info@bellaleopardo.com to notify us before returning your item along with the details of your order, the items being returned and your order number. Please ensure your return request meets the criteria above prior to initiating a return. 

Complete the enclosed Returns Form on the back of the invoice you received with your order and ensure you include along with your returning product. Please note, if you do not include the form, your return request cannot be processed.

Customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event the product is deemed faulty due to no fault of your own then the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed.

We recommend using a registered or trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending your returns. Bella Leopardo take no liability for lost, damaged, missing or untraceable parcels. 

In the event of an exchange, Bella Leopardo will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item after settling any difference in price of the replacement product as authorised by you on your returns form. 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
